The Bīriņi Manor Cemetery was built in 1819 under the guidance of Count Ludwig August Mellin. A hill was used for its construction, with an underground space created and reinforced with a barrel-shaped brick vault. One side of the hill was excavated to create an entrance, which is located between walls made of fieldstones. The aisles and niches were once decorated with lavish oak leaf and flower garlands cast in lime mortar. Currently, the cemetery is owned by the Vidriži Parish of Limbaži Municipality. More info ››

It is located about 150 meters from the Great Lauči Stone towards Riga, on the seashore. Its height is 2 meters, the circumference is 9.6 meters, and its above-ground volume is 10 cubic meters. The stone is a state-protected natural monument. More info ››

Skulte Manor was founded in the first half of the 16th century. From the 1680s, it became the property of the Schulzen family. After the Great Northern War, a grand palace was built, along with a gate featuring a tower, a spacious park was designed, and stone farm buildings were constructed. More info ››

Cult stones. The most mysterious cult stones are cupmarked stones, found almost everywhere in the world. Scientists date these cupmarked stones to be several thousand years old. There are at least about 30 hypotheses regarding why people created cupmarks in stones. It is believed that these stones are linked to ancestor cults, while others think that the cupmarks represent the positions of stars in the sky and that these stones were used as sacrifice sites. Nabe Castle was a 14th-century vassal castle of the Archbishopric of Riga, built in the ancient territory of Metsepole by Lake Lāde. The Limbaži–Turaida road passed by it. To this day, the castle tower has been preserved near the later-built Nabe Manor. More info ››

An ancient sacred site. The trees are visible across the pond from the direction of the Augstroze Church. There used to be 6 oaks, but now there are 4. During the Soviet era, the Liepleju Sacred Oaks were named after A. Pumpurs. The measurements of the oaks are: 4.30; 4.10; 4.0; 4.65. More info ››

Ārciems Park covers a total area of 8.1 hectares. It was planted between 1902 and 1914, making it one of the youngest manor parks in Latvia. More info ››

The red deer park "Jaunozoli" in Umurga Parish spans 175 hectares and is home to around 800 red deer. The farm also has horses for visitors to see. There is an opportunity to purchase organic farm products. Visitors are welcome both in summer and winter. More info ››

The swamp, with its bog pools and small lakes, can be viewed both from the observation tower and by taking a walk along the specially designed boardwalk, allowing visitors to experience the peace and tranquility of the area. More info ››

In the 19th century, Vidriži Manor belonged to the von Budberg baronial family, whose members were associated with the Russian imperial court for several generations. The Budberg family’s manor house was built in 1870, and the baron used it as a summer residence.

Dziļezers, a private lake located within the "Dziļezers-Riebezers" nature reserve, is one of the deepest in Latvia, with a maximum depth of 32 m.
The Dziļezers-Riebezers Nature Trail is approximately 4.1 km long, private, and leads through a picturesque strip of land between Dziļezers and Riebezers, as well as along the eastern shore of Dziļezers, where a rare ash forest in Latvia, the Crying Giant Stone, and other landscape elements can be viewed.
