Svētupe Manor Complex

The complex is easily accessible, as it is located next to the Via Baltica highway.

Historically, the manor buildings housed the stables and storage facilities of Svētciems Manor. Over time, they lost their original function; however, since 2018 the territory has been gradually restored, preserving its historical environment while creating a platform for events. The spacious inner courtyard, historic walls and scenic surroundings create a distinctive atmosphere for celebrations, sports games, camps, as well as cultural and public events.

During the summer season (May–October), the Svētupe Manor Complex offers:

• Rental of premises and territory for seminars, sports games, camps, concerts, weddings and other events;

• The manor celebration hall (350 m²) for more than 150 guests at tables or more than 300 visitors in theatre-style seating;

• A 1,200 m² inner courtyard and event area for up to 1,000 visitors;

• Accommodation for more than 100 guests on comfortable mattresses (during the warm season), as well as tent sites and camper parking spaces;

• Leisure facilities by the Svētupe River – sauna and hot tub.

The total indoor area reaches 2,000 m², ensuring flexible adaptation for events of various formats – from intimate gatherings to large-scale public events with several hundred visitors.

The Svētupe Manor Complex is a place where the historic setting and proximity to nature create a fitting backdrop for the development of new traditions and events in the Limbaži region.
